Aveanna EducationServices (AES) is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)to lead an ABA-based early intervention clinic/classroom being runby the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Theclinic/classroom will provide Intensive Behavior Health Services(IBHS) to children ages 3-5, integrated closely with earlyintervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure aseamless transition between pre-school special education classroomsand the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development.

KeyResponsibilities:
Assessment and Individualized Treatment PlanningInitial Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive assessments using toolssuch as the VB-MAPP (Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment andPlacement Program). Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP): Developcustomized plans for each child based on assessment results,addressing specific needs, goals, and strengths. Review and updatethese plans quarterly. Behavioral Interventions Applied BehaviorAnalysis (ABA): Implement evidence-based interventions such asDiscrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET),and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). Positive Behavior Support(PBS): Utilize proactive strategies to promote desirable behaviorsand reduce challenging behaviors, incorporating Functional BehaviorAssessments (FBAs).

Skill Acquisition Programs CommunicationSkills:

Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication usingtechniques like the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devicesthrough a verbal behavior model.

Social Skills Training:

Facilitatestructured playgroups, peer modeling, and social stories to fosterinteraction and social understanding.

Adaptive Skills:

Providetraining in activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing,feeding, and toileting, to promote independence.

Data Collectionand Progress Monitoring Real-Time Data Collection:

Continuouslycollect data on target behaviors and skills using digital tools andsoftware for efficient tracking.

Regular Progress Reviews:

Conductweekly team meetings to discuss progress, update ITPs, and adjustinterventions as needed.

Completion of Daily Clinical Notes:

Maintain thorough documentation and complete daily clinical notesto ensure accurate records and facilitate billing for services.

Family Involvement and Training Parent Training Programs:

Conductworkshops and one-on-one training sessions to empower parents withABA techniques and strategies.

Home-Based Support:

Extend clinicprograms into the home environment through regular consultation andsupport.

Collaborative Approach Interdisciplinary Team:

Coordinatewith BCBAs, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), RegisteredBehavior Technicians (RBTs), speech and language therapists,occupational therapists, and special education teachers.

IntegratedServices:

Ensure seamless collaboration with early interventionprograms to maintain consistency across settings.

Supervision andTraining BHT Supervision:

Service ProvisionService Delivery:

Provide the specified amount of services asdetailed in each student’s Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis,Psychology, Education, or a related field. Board Certification inBehavior Analysis (BCBA). Experience in conducting assessments anddeveloping individualized treatment plans for young children withdevelopmental and behavioral challenges. Strong understanding ofABA principles and techniques, including DTT, NET, and PRT.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working withchildren, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Proficiency indata collection and analysis tools.

The ChesterCounty Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is seeking dedicated andcompassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join ourABA-based clinics within schools. The BHT will work one-on-one withstudents aged 3-5, implementing individualized instructional andbehavioral strategies. This role is crucial in supporting thedirect implementation of each student’s Individualized TreatmentPlan (ITP) and ensuring their progress and development.

KeyResponsibilities:

Direct Implementation of ITPs Work one-on-onewith students to implement instructional and behavioral strategiesoutlined in their Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs). Employevidence-based interventions such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT),Natural Environment Training (NET), and Pivotal Response Treatment(PRT). Behavior and Skill Development Support the development ofcommunication, social, and adaptive skills through structured andnaturalistic teaching methods. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for working with children, families, andinterdisciplinary teams. Ability to collect and document dataaccurately and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificationas a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Experience with datacollection tools and software.
