Pupil Personnel Services Description:

The Behavior Analyst will provide intensive treatment for children and adolescents. The majority of the services involves providing Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention for students in PreK through school age, but can also involve conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Education or related field required Must hold a current license for Behavior Specialist in the State of Pennsylvania. Required experience must include at least one (1) year experience completing comprehensive functional assessments and behavior support plans, with two (2) years’ experience serving individuals with lifelong disabilities.

Terms:

Full-time, 190 days

Salary:

LIUEA Pay Scale (As of 7/1/2025 Bach. min $59,172.22, Mast. min (up to 44 credits) $63,672.22), plus benefits• The LIU offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, including: The LIU offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees, including: Medical (for a nominal premium), dental and vision insurance.
