Job Description
Category Schools – RBT – Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Soliant has an opening for a contracted RBT in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This position is for the 2025-2026 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package. :

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related human services field. At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs. Must be registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. License needs to be active and not expired. Skills & Abilities Proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques. Skilled in data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school staff. This position is available to be filled immediately.
