Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Committed to Kids ABA Empowered by Finni Health Hatboro, PA 19040 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs of clients, including diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis. Monitor client progress through regular data collection and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment. Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and best practices in applied behavior analysis. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, including schools and community programs. Skills Strong knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with autism. Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Ability to conduct thorough medical documentation and maintain accurate medical records. Excellent data collection skills for tracking client progress effectively. Strong assessment skills to evaluate client needs accurately. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.
