You work with children and adolescents up to age 21 to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes, schools, daycares or other locations selected by parents. RBTs work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to follow treatment plans for their client in accordance with the family’s goals and wishes. RBT duties include:

Execute treatment plans provided by BCBAs Follow programs and teaching plans Document therapy sessions in the system Assist with providing parent training Travel to clients Requirements Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or enrolled in a program One year experience working with children Reliable, punctual and organized Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic No sanctions of disciplinary actions taken against one’s license/certification, if any No Medicaid/Medicare sanctions or be excluded from Federally funded programs Must pass all clearances, including PA child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprinting, PA criminal record check, Federal criminal record check, county criminal record check, sex offender, PA driver’s license check This is a part-time W-2 position with a deliverable-based compensation.
