What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by

Supervise and guide a teamof Behavior Technicians, ensuring the implementation of treatmentplans with fidelity while fostering a fun and engaging learningenvironment. •

Develop Innovative Programs:

Conduct functionalbehavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatmentplans that focus on increasing the child’s quality of life throughskill-building and community engagement. •

Collaborate andProblem-Solve:

Work closely with families and other professionalsto address challenges and find creative solutions that align witheach child’s unique needs. • Focus on

What We’re LookingFor:

• Certification as a

BCBA:

Current certification with theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). •

Experience:

Previousexperience in ABA therapy, particularly with children, ispreferred. • Commitment to

A passion for developingpersonalized, enriching therapy plans that go beyond behaviormodification. •
