Job description: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) isresponsible for conducting assessments, developing behaviorintervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of appliedbehavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autismspectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. TheBCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides clinical supervisionto Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates withfamilies, schools, and other professionals to support clients’needs. BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst:
Developindividualized behavior support plans (BSPs) based on assessmentresults and ABA principles. Provide ongoing supervision andtraining to RBTs and behavior technicians in implementing behaviorplans and ABA techniques. Monitor client progress through datacollection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes,and reports. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines andstandards of behavior analysis practice.
Skills and Qualificationsfor BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst:
Master’s or doctoraldegree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, orrelated field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board(BACB).
