The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. This role also includes providing clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborating closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client support.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and behavior technicians Monitor and analyze client progress through data-driven decision making Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and related professionals Ensure ethical and professional compliance with BACB guidelines
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA or in a similar clinical role Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Knowledge of special education laws and regulations is a plus
Pay:
$81,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
