Competitive Salary:

$72,000•$85,000 based on experience

Quarterly Bonus Opportunity:

Up to $15,600 annually

Annual Review Bonus:

Up to 5% of total annual compensation (salary + bonuses)

Flexible Schedule:

Option to work 4 or 5 days/week, with consistent 3-day weekends if desired

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage clinical caseloads and conduct initial & ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, FBAs)  Develop individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans  Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates, including direct feedback, competencies, and session note reviews  Provide caregiver training and occasional direct services  Maintain minimum of 30 billable hours/week (for full-time roles)  Meet monthly with CEO to review progress, discuss cases, and set goals

Supervisory & Clinical Duties:

 Oversee RBTs pursuing BCBA certification  Conduct weekly competencies for new hires  Review and provide detailed feedback on session documentation  Mentor and support team development and retention ✅

Qualifications:

 Active BCBA certification (required)  Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field  Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral health, and ethical clinical practices  Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and smartphone  Excellent communication and organizational skills  Collaborative and proactive mindset
