Competitive Salary:
$72,000•$85,000 based on experience
Quarterly Bonus Opportunity:
Up to $15,600 annually
Annual Review Bonus:
Up to 5% of total annual compensation (salary + bonuses)
Flexible Schedule:
Option to work 4 or 5 days/week, with consistent 3-day weekends if desired

Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinical caseloads and conduct initial & ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, FBAs) Develop individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates, including direct feedback, competencies, and session note reviews Provide caregiver training and occasional direct services Maintain minimum of 30 billable hours/week (for full-time roles) Meet monthly with CEO to review progress, discuss cases, and set goals
Supervisory & Clinical Duties:
Oversee RBTs pursuing BCBA certification Conduct weekly competencies for new hires Review and provide detailed feedback on session documentation Mentor and support team development and retention ✅
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (required) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral health, and ethical clinical practices Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and smartphone Excellent communication and organizational skills Collaborative and proactive mindset
