Join a Student-Centered Team in Moncks Corner, SC We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K12 school district in Moncks Corner, SC . This is a full-time, school-year role where youll help drive meaningful student progress through individualized behavioral strategies and collaborative support. Moncks Corner offers a welcoming community, access to Charleston, and a peaceful, scenic setting that makes it a great place to live and work. Role Overview In this role, youll be a key member of the special education and student services team, helping students overcome behavioral challenges and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities Include:

Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine the root of behavior concerns Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs Monitoring and analyzing behavioral data to assess the effectiveness of interventions Collaborating with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and families Providing professional development and training staff on behavior strategies Contributing to IEP meetings and helping shape student-specific goals Supporting school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiatives

Qualifications Education:

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

Certification:

Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Experience:

Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
