Blazerworks is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work part-time in a public school in Berkeley County for the remainder of the 24/25 school year. Job Details :

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct supervision to behavior technicians and ensure treatment fidelity. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention programs. Write annual and revision IEPs when needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of plans. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications :

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred..
