Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. SuperviseRBTs and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct assessmentsand adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families andmultidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Maintaincompliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Board CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA)

Skills and Qualifications:

CurrentBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs. Reliabletransportation and willingness to travel locally. Strongleadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
