Following:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, psychologists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Requirements to

Include:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to autism and behavioral therapy
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with individuals with autism and their families
• Ability to provide patient-centered care and demonstrate empathy towards individuals with autism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for medical documentation and collaboration with team members

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$70,000.00
