We are searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team for the upcoming 2025-26 school year in Lexington, SC!

Position Details:

Duration:

August 2025 – May 2026 Full time: 35

Hours/week Caseload:

K-12 Providing direct and indirect support to students

Pay Range:

$45-50per hour, depending on previous experience

Responsibilities:

Determine the underlying causes of problematic behaviors;conduct thorough functional behavior assessments. Create customized behavior intervention strategies based on assessment data. Collect and analyze data on student behavior.

Requirements:

Must have a Masters Degree in one of the following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or a similar field Must hold a National BCBA Certification Must have school based experience
