is seeking to hire a BCBA and BCaBA to join our multidisciplinary team. Our therapy team provides services to individuals in the Columbia, South Carolina area. You will have the opportunity to work alongside SLP’s, PT’s, and OT’s.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to patients
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Experience:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA certification required
  • Experience working in behavioral health or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices
  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
