Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is responsible forproviding clinical oversight and guidance to a dedicated team oftechnicians and clients. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible forassessing clients, developing individualized treatment plans, andensuring the effective training and implementation of therapyprograms. This role also works closely with the OperationsCoordinator and the Clinical Director to support high-qualityclinical care.

Center hoursare Monday
- Friday, 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM
- 5:00 PM.
Nonights, no weekends! Candidates need to be available and flexibleto work either shift, based on the needs of our kiddos and theirfamilies.

Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understandyour clientsDevelop comprehensive treatment plans and planevidence-based interventionsTrain, supervise, and support a smallteam of RBTs dedicated to your clientsCollaborate with colleagues,supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimalclient outcomesCoordinate with and train caregivers to empower themas partners in their childs progress
Qualifications:
About You:
Youneed to have a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis orrelated field.
You need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-basedtreatment programs by RBTs.
You need to be licensed in the state ofMaryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.
Youneed to be dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based careto our clients and their families.
