POSITION SUMMARY

TheBCBA designs, implements, oversees, and supervises therapy programsto support our persons in services needing applied behavioranalysis and related supports to improve their daily functioningand autonomy. This position utilizes ABA techniques such aspositive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading and task analysis tocreate individualized plans for clients, families, and teams toimplement. Additionally, they are responsible for designing andmonitoring data collection to support the evaluation of behaviorsand monitor progress. This position is responsible for monitoringthe services delivered to the client and family, and for managingpersonnel issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIESAble to leadcross functional teams in support of clients treatmentplanAdminister assessments (e.g., ABLS-RR, AFLS) and create goalsbased off the assessments.

Assesses the individuals performance andimplements treatment based on established goals, including but notlimited to the FBA (i.e., Functional Behavior Assessment, BehaviorSupport Plans, Behavior Reduction Plans).Serves, communicates, andconsults as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Provides trainingand education to staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders.

Providesfeedback and ongoing support to Registered BehaviorTechniciansParticipates in ongoing treatment meetings, as well asstaff meetings and professional development opportunitiesSupervisesRegistered Behavior Technicians and ensures the maintenance oftheir credentials.
