Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity Record accurate and timely session data using an electronic data collection system Follow instructions and feedback provided by supervising BCBAs Support children in developing communication, social, play, academic, and daily living skills Collect ABC data on maladaptive behaviors as directed Attend team meetings and supervision sessions as scheduled Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and team members
Qualifications:
Required:
Active RBT certification through the BACB (in good standing) High school diploma or GED (minimum); associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned clinic or in-home sessions Experience working with children (especially those with autism) is preferred but not required Ability to lift, run, or move quickly with children as needed Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
