We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team, making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families. Key Responsibilities Select appropriate assessments for learners and complete all components for the client’s funding source Administer various assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis Develop and document reports such as functional behavior assessments, individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the necessary skills for the client’s program Monitor progress regularly and make adjustments to programs based on visual analysis Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions Develop individualized programs based on the needs of both the client and caregiver
