Job Description:

Autism Career Training is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for providing high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to trainees, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation. The BCBA will also play a key role in the development and support of our ABA program.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and oversee the onboarding of new ABA trainees.

Perform reassessments and manage reauthorizations for all trainees.

Manage authorizations and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders.

Provide support in emergency behavioral situations, potentially floating between locations as needed.

Demonstrate flexibility and provide support at either location when challenging behaviors arise.

Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with the behavioral team.

Manage a caseload of approximately 10 trainees, including providing supervision hours, parent training hours, and social group hours.

Provide professional development and training on behavioral de-escalation strategies.

Serve as the Central Reach coordinator.

Manage weekly scheduling for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).Lead the development of assessments and contribute to the overall growth of the ABA program.

Develop individualized treatment plans.

Design, implement, and adjust behavior intervention plans as needed.

Modify and adjust treatment plans based on trainee progress.

Maintain BCBA certification and complete required continuing education units (CEUs).
