Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, lead personalized treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with families to create meaningful progress in a supportive, therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement behavioral interventions to increase positive behaviors and reduce maladaptive ones Oversee a caseload of 7-10 clients, ensuring individualized care and treatment fidelity Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and clinical team members Partner with families to create and review effective treatment plans Stay current with ABA best practices and research Participate in training programs and model ABA techniques in the field
Qualifications:
BCBA certification in good standing Completion of 8-hour supervision training per BACB (or willingness to complete) Minimum 1 year of ABA or allied health experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
