Job Description:
Are you enthusiastic, compassionate, and ready to make a real impact? We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are eager to bring positive changes to the lives of our clients. As an RBT at Behaviors R Us, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy programs as designed by BCBAs. Provide direct 1:1 therapy to children with autism and related disorders. Collect and record data on client progress and behavior. Collaborate with a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and families to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required). RBT certification (preferred) or willingness to complete RBT training and certification. Passion for working with children and making a positive impact. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances. Why Behaviors R Us?
