Responsibilities:
A Day in the
Life:
Developmeaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based ondata, progress and the continued assessment of the client.
Provideongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to the RBTs onpatient caseload.
Provide on-going direct and indirect familyguidance that are necessary for programming success.
Conductconsistent communication with all treatment teammembers.
Participate in collaborative efforts with other serviceproviders outside of Golden Steps.
Review data on a timely basis andcommunicate when needed to team members.
Maintain professionalboundaries as indicated by the BACB.Perform comprehensive initialintake and perform recurring assessments.
Discharge and TransitionPlanning for children on your caseload.
Other tasks asassigned.
Qualifications:
What Youll Bring:
Currently a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior AnalystCertification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within onemonth.
LBA (if applicable)Willing to have a backgroundcheckExcellent writing and verbal communicationMust have a reliablecar and drivers license for commuting to the home ofclients.
Experience working with individuals with developmentaldisabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.
PhysicalRequirements:
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
Bending and squattingfor up to an hour per day.
Required to perform activities thatentail fine and gross motor skills, bend kneel, squat sitting onfloor level or in a chair, or standing for periods oftime.
