  • Job Summary
  • : We are seeking adedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our team. The BCBA plays a pivotal role in developing andimplementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments,and providing training to staff and caregivers. If you are askilled and compassionate professional with a passion for helpingindividuals with special needs, we want to hear fromyou.
  • Responsibilities
  • :• Conduct comprehensive assessments ofindividuals to identify behavioral needs and goals.
  • Developindividualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based onassessments and clinical data.
  • Implement and supervise theimplementation of BIPs in various settings, including clinic, home,school, via telehealth.
  • Monitor and analyze data to assess theeffectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and otherteam members.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, includingspeech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, toensure a holistic approach to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate andup-to-date client records and progress reports.
  • Stay current withthe latest research and best practices in the field of appliedbehavior analysis (ABA).
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualificationsand Skills
  • :• A passion for working with children and families tohelp them succeed.
  • Experience conducting functional behaviorassessments and developing BIPs.
  • Excellent data collection andanalysis skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families,and other professionals.
  • Dedication to ethical standards andprofessional development.
  • Requirements
  • :• Board Certification as aBehavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Tennessee LBA or willingness toobtain.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology,or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles andtechniques.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel tovarious client locations.
  • Physical Requirements
  • :• Physicalcapabilities include walking, occasional running, standing,sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting,reaching above head, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50pounds.
