SHIFT:
Monday – Friday 3 to 4 hours per day
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides technical support, repair, safety testing, and preventative maintenance for clinical equipment in the hospital so that safe, accurate, and better patient care can be accomplished. This function is structured so that it can be performed by a wheelchair bound individual with appropriate upper body strength, balance, and coordination.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology or the equivalent in experience preferred Experience in the repair of hospital equipment desired Biomedical Equipment Technician certification preferred
