Biomedical Equipment Technician III (Contract)•Syracuse, NY Overview We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician III to join our team on a contract basis in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating a wide range of biomedical equipment. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of biomedical equipment Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy Document all maintenance and repair activities Train and mentor junior technicians Stay current on industry trends and advancements Qualifications Associate’s degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician Strong knowledge of medical equipment systems and components Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Must pass background and drug screen.
