AdventHealth Daytona Beach The community you’ll be caring for: 301 MEMORIAL MEDICAL PKWY, Daytona Beach, 32117 The role you’ll contribute: The Cancer Registry Manager is responsible for planning and organizing the Cancer Committee, Cancer Conferences, and Cancer Registry operations for all assigned facilities. The Cancer Registry Manager will also have collaborative input into the local region cancer programs. The value you’ll bring to the team: +

Scope of Responsibility:

Responsible for providing strategic direction to the Comprehensive Cancer Committee, in collaboration with the Cancer Committee Chairperson, to assure continued accreditation by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (ACoS CoC). Responsible for leading accreditation process and formulating action plans to address deficiencies. + Compliance /

Regulatory Responsibility:

Oversees compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies regarding cancer data reporting and its impact to the Cancer program. Adheres to applicable practice standards specific to area of responsibility. Responsible for ensuring AdventHealth meets mandatory State and Federal requirements for reporting of cancer cases. + Operating & Capital Budget /

Financial Responsibility:

Collaborates with leadership to ensure adequate resources to successfully execute on program strategies to meet community and organizational needs. + STRATEGIC

PLANNING RESPONSIBILITY

Researches upcoming changes related to quality, regulatory or accreditation requirements that relate to the Cancer program and develop strategies to proactively meet new requirements. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor’s Required + Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) Required + National Cancer Registrars’ Association (NCRA) Required + Driver’s License (DL) Required
