Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 4 rooms, 1 patient per room Number of Staff 22, consisting of RN and Techs Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift o Night Shift On-call team, 3 each call team, 7 total Patient Ratios 1:1 Type of equipment all GE rooms EMR Meditech and MacLab Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
