Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) to join our outpatient cardiology team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing 12-lead EKGs and supporting stress testing procedures , including nuclear pharmacological , nuclear treadmill , stress echocardiogram , and treadmill tests . This is a full-time, in-person role based solely in Vero Beach . We are also open to Monitor Technicians who are committed to earning their CCT certification within 6 months of hire. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely 12-lead electrocardiograms Assist with cardiac stress testing using Bruce, Modified Bruce, Lexiscan, and nuclear protocols Measure and record blood pressure at rest and during treadmill procedures Initiate and manage IV lines for cardiac testing (or gain proficiency within 6 months) Prepare patients for procedures by reviewing medical history, positioning patients, and prepping test sites Monitor and document patient condition before, during, and after procedures Recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac rhythms, artifacts, and ischemic changes Maintain clean, functional equipment and testing areas Report equipment issues and follow lock/tag out protocols as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Completion of an EKG training course or equivalent experience Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) – Required to apply Reliable, with excellent attendance and teamwork Previous patient care and EKG experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in data entry, basic clerical tasks, and using medical equipment (Welch Allyn preferred) Knowledge of cardiac medications and stress testing protocols Familiarity with ICD-10 codes is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Medium work: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly Schedule Full-time | Monday to Friday 8-hour daytime shifts Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Supportive and professional work environment
