Job Duties:
Scrub in for open-heart surgeries such as CABG and valve replacements Assist with cardio-thoracic procedures like thoracotomies Prepare sterile fields and manage surgical instrumentation Maintain aseptic techniques and OR safety protocols Support trauma and robotic-assisted surgical cases as needed Take on-call responsibilities after shifts and on weekends (minimal call-ins) Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical teams Ensure proper surgical documentation and equipment setup
Job Requirements:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent License Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required Experience. Trauma and robotic surgical experience preferred
