1 Reference in entire work history Must have experience in: Cardiac Surgery (CABG/Valve Replacements/Aorta Replacement/Bentall Procedures

• NO transplants) Thoracic Surgery
• Thoracotomy and VATS, also robotic thoracic is a huge plus Vascular Surgery
• Carotid and femoral endarterectomy, dialysis cath, peripheral vascular bypass’ (i.e. Fem-Pop bypass) Endovascular
