Description:

Job Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluatingpatients and assisting physicians with patient care.

• Plans,implements, and documents nursing care based on patient sneeds
• Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for carethrough assessment, planning, intervention, andevaluation
• Develops, implements and coordinates individualizedplan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-goingassessments
• Initiates assessment based on the patient s problemsor needs, the physician s medical diagnosis, and the functionalhealth framework
• Performs therapeutic nursinginterventions
• Manages care of patients
• Documents care based onstandards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinicalpriorities
• Advocates for evidence-based practice care standardsand supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovationsin care delivery
• Provides patient centric care in alignment withprofessional nursing practice model
• Other duties andresponsibilities as assigned. Schedule PM
• 11:00 PM.

Evenings (5 8hour shifts). 13 WEEKS.Must have Cath Lab experience. Must be ableto function as an intra procedural RN responsible fordocumentation, administration of medications, and circulator ofminimally invasive procedures such as LHC and PCI. Preferexperience with equipment such as IABP, Impella, shockwave andother various atherectomy devices.

Preferred:

Vascular and/or Neurodiagnostic and interventions.

• Rotation may varydepending on staffing and unit’s needs.
