Our new Cardiovascular Interventional suite offers the complete integration of leading-edge imaging and technology to diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular disease and other conditions using minimally invasive alternatives to surgical procedures. Our ‘Suite” team consists of expert Radiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Radiology technologists and Registered Nurses collaborating to provide innovative personalized care to our community. Performs a variety of services to Cath Lab patients including technical and patient care as they relate to Invasive Cardiology. Responsibilities Operates computer and radiographic equipment for image production and archival.
Ensures procedure set-up, patient prepping, and restocks procedure room.
Sets up electrical and hemodynamic transducers.
Calibrates, obtains and records angiographic data.
Assists in arterial and venous blood sampling.
Works collaboratively and mentors new staff. Qualifications High School Diploma Or Equivalent required
Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic, Cardiovascular, or Cardiopulmonary Technology program.
Current cardiac catheterization experience of 1-2 years required or equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
State license required
ARRT Certification required
RCIS preferred
RCVT preferred
Or eligible to be certified as RCIS or RCVT. Compensation Range:
$38.00 – $64.60 per hour The compensation above reflects the established range from CentraState Healthcare System (CSHS) for this position at the time the job was posted. CSHS considers many factors to determine compensation, including education, experience, skills, licenses, certification, and training. As such, team member compensation may fall outside this range. Additionally, the compensation range reflects base salary and does not include extra shift rates or incentives tied to quality, productivity, etc., as applicable.
