ARDMS Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer Full-Time | Day Shift | New Grads welcome to apply! •Up tp $15,000 Sign-On Bonus•MLR is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cardiac Sonographer to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will excel in performing accurate echocardiograms and providing detailed assessments to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret echocardiograms, including transthoracic and transesophageal studies. Ensure the accurate acquisition of cardiac images and related data. Collaborate with physicians to review and discuss results and provide insights for diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness. Provide exceptional patient care, including explaining procedures to patients and addressing their concerns. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) required. Associate’s degree or higher in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field. Active certification in Adult Echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS, Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI or another approved equivalent is required. Proven experience in performing cardiac ultrasound procedures. Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, pathology, and ultrasound imaging techniques. #IND123
