CATH LAB Job Description:

As a Cath Lab Tech,you’ll assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascularprocedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, andpacemaker insertions. You’ll play a critical role in supportingphysicians, managing imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safetythroughout complex procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist withcardiac and peripheral catheterization procedures
• Preparepatients and equipment for procedures
• Operate imaging equipmentand monitor patient vitals during procedures
• Scrub in and supportphysicians during diagnostic and interventional cases
• Maintainsterile fields and ensure adherence to safety and infection controlprotocols
• Accurately document procedures and patient information

Requirements:

• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Active statelicense or eligibility where applicable
• BLS and ACLScertifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Labexperience
• Proficiency in fluoroscopy, EKG, and sterile technique
