Local Contract Stability Healthcare is looking for aElectrophysiology Tech Allied contract position in NorthCharleston, SC. EP technicians typically work in a cardiaccatheterization laboratory or electrophysiology lab, and their jobduties may include performing diagnostic tests, such aselectrocardiograms (ECGs) and electrophysiology studies (EPS),which involve inserting specialized catheters into the heart tomeasure electrical activity. They also assist physicians duringprocedures to correct arrhythmias, such as cardiac ablation, bymonitoring patients’ vital signs and cardiac rhythms and helping tooperate equipment.
