As the first point of contact for new patients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience and guiding them through the start of their smile journey. This position is ideal for someone who is people-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about both customer service and healthcare. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome new patients to our practice, build trust and rapport from the first interaction Present treatment plans in a confident, clear, and compassionate manner Review financial options and coordinate insurance benefits, payment plans, and binding contracts Manage follow up reports with pending and observation patients to support case acceptance and conversion Collaborate closely with the clinical team and doctor(s) to ensure seamless hand-offs and patient communication Support the overall flow and organization of the consultation and exam process Clinical support for same-day treatment start initiatives is preferred Maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance Help maintain a welcoming, fun, and professional environment for all patients Qualifications Prior experience in orthodontics or dental office (1-3 yrs) required Background in treatment coordination, sales, or patient consulting is strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills DANB Radiology/ICE Certified for the ability to obtain patient records Confidence in presenting financial information and treatment options is a must Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy and comfortable with practice management software and digital tools Passionate about helping patients feel valued, informed, and excited about their smile journey Why Join Us?
