The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service abilities and a comprehensive understanding of medical office procedures. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining patient satisfaction, and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Ensure patients understand their treatment plan Handle all questions and regarding treatment plans Present case fees and financial options to patients to facilitate treatment acceptance Excellent Sales Negotiation skills Great verbal and communication skills Self-motivation, drive and initiative An outgoing and confident approach Handle objections to the proposed treatment. Present case fees and financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say “yes.” Candidate must have excellent verbal skills as you will speak to patients, over the phone and in person, and assist them in scheduling their treatment. Must have a knowledge of dentistry and Dentrix would be a plus. Flexible with time and days. 4 days Monday through Thursday would be ideal.
