Dental Treatment Coordinator High End Hiring Fort Lauderdale, FL 33324 We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our esteemed dental practice. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Reviewing treatment plans with patients, discussing procedures, costs, and insurance coverage Coordinating patient schedules and ensuring timely follow-ups Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing Discussing financial options and payment arrangements with patients Providing outstanding customer service and addressing any patient inquiries or concerns
DAYS/HOURS
Monday and Tuesday 7:30
- 5:30 (one hour lunch) Wednesday 9:30
- 7:30 Thursday 8:30
- 6:30 Friday
- an optional day if want more hours.
Can do some CE on that day
ONE SATURDAY

IND Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and terminology Proficiency in dental software and basic computer skills
