Dental Treatmentplan Coordinator Dentistry of South Florida 1348 East Hillsboro Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 We are seeking a friendly and skilled Front Office/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating patient care and treatment plans within our office.
Duties:
Welcome each patient into the office with a smile. Collaborate with providers to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Schedule appointments and follow-ups for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and post-care instructions. Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office and scheduling. Phone skills for recalls and treatment plan review. Experience with Eaglesoft. DentalIntel.
