Aesthetic Services Client Coordinator Habtu Adera MD Inverness, FL 34450 Habtu AderaMD, an upscale medical office offering aesthetic skin services, is seeking an experienced client services associate for a PT position (Tuesday/Thursdays.) Our office, located in a historic landmark in downtown Inverness, has been providing clients with personalized, high quality, skincare solutions in a non-rushed, team strong, and client focused setting for over 10 years. The ideal candidate will possess a proven work history involving customer service with excellent written and oral communication.

- Passionate about Aesthetics/skin care Responsibilities include:
- Patient experience & flow: ensure a seamless, high-end patient journey from check-in to post-procedure follow-ups. Including patient scheduling, service and product education/recommendation, and accurate payment and daily reconciliations.
- Growth & Innovation-Identify opportunities to enhance patient engagement and improve practice opportunities.

Compensation:
