Dental Insurance Coordinator Amiable Dental Care 5101 Gate Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32256

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients at the front desk
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
• Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
• Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Coordinate treatment plans with dental providers and specialists
• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and financial arrangements
• Ensure the smooth flow of patients through the office
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
• Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft or similar systems
• Knowledge of medical scheduling systems (e.g., Epic) is beneficial
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
