Includes early evening, weekend and holiday hours. Successful candidates will be flexible and able to work any combination of these hours.

What You Will Do:

Manage incoming calls from various channels including social media and marketing inquiries Assess patient needs, schedule and confirm patient appointments Follow-up with patients post appointment Schedule patient re-care appointments Interact with individual office locations regarding patient care.

Your Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a customer service/telesales role Minimum of 1 year of dental experience Bi-lingual a plus Strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Open Dental software is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
