What You’ll Do Present treatment plans and help patients understand their options clearly and confidently Discuss financial arrangements, insurance coverage, and payment options with patients Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient flow Follow up on outstanding treatment plans and schedule necessary appointments Maintain accurate patient records and support front office operations as needed Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through empathy and education What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar dental front office role Proficiency with Open Dental software required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
