We are a busy, expanding dental practice looking for a dental financial coordinator to join our team! A dental financial coordinator works with patients at a dental office to help arrange financing and insurance questions. The coordinator lets the patients know about any available financing plans, as well as works with insurance companies to gain authorization for dental procedures. Additionally, help patients understand what their insurance company will cover and what will be their responsibility. Collection duties are also a part of this job. Some knowledge of dental terminology is necessary to be able to bill and answer any questions that the patient might have. Having good customer service skills is needed reequipment as well.
