You’ll be the main point of contact, educating patients about FUE procedures and supporting them from consultation to post-op care. Key Responsibilities:
Educate patients on FUE hair transplantation and treatment options. Conduct virtual/in-person consultations and build trust with prospective clients. Coordinate pre-op instructions, procedure scheduling, and post-op follow-ups. Manage payments, financing options, and secure bookings. Support out-of-town patients with travel logistics. Collaborate with the medical team to provide accurate, personalized care. Use CRM/EHR systems to track patient journeys and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Sales experience in aesthetics, medical, or cosmetic field preferred. Strong communication and consultative skills. Ability to close sales while maintaining professionalism.
