Dental Treatment Coordinator The Dental Boutique 7210 SW 57th Avenue, Suite 204, South Miami, FL 33143

Starting Pay:

$25-29 an hour (Depending on Experience) + Monthly Bonus (1% of total collections over $140,000) The Dental Boutique is a rapidly growing dental practice in South Miami with a strong focus on patient care and a passion for excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Verify patient insurance coverage ( PPO, HMO, Medicare ) Schedule and confirm patient appointments Present treatment plans and coordinate financial arrangements Follow up daily with new patient leads from our advertising efforts Deliver excellent customer service throughout the patient experience

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination processes

$25-29

Bonus:

1% of total monthly collections once collections exceed $140,000
