We are looking for an Orthodontic/Pediatric treatment coordinator to join our team. The position requires someone who is well trained with great communication and organizational skills. We are looking for candidates with an enthusiastic and positive attitude who come to work each day with a smile while delivering first class care. The ideal candidate works well with other team members, is friendly, outgoing and well put together. We have a wonderful patient based in a great community. Applicant should be fluent in both written/spoken English.

Common tasks of the role:

• Be the best part of the patients’ day. • Responsible for all New Patient and Pre-treatment patients o Confirmation Calls o Greeting and welcoming New Patients o Briefing the doctor prior to the exam o Presenting treatment and finances o Completing all Start paperwork
