What is the specific title of the position: Front Desk Receptionist What does this position accomplish for the business: Patient Retention Please describe the team the candidate will be working with (number of team members, breakdown of the team’s skill sets,t eam culture, etc.): 3 MDs / 2 Care Managers / 2 Care Coordinators / 4 Medical Assistants / 1 RN / 2 Front Desk Receptionists What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete daily): Answering Phones / Scheduling Appointments / Monitoring Faxes / Verifying Insurances / Misc Assignments. What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex, healthcare-specific background, specific industry experience, etc.): Experienced 1-2 years in the Medical Field. What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill): Professional and Knowledgeable of Healthcare Rules and Regulations. What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart): Bi-lingual with strong communication and organizational skill sets.
