Experienced Treatment Coordinator – Dental Office We’re looking for a confident, skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. You must be comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment plans up to $50,000 and have a strong working knowledge of CDT codes across Periodontics, General Dentistry, and Prosthodontics .

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Treatment Coordinator Able to confidently present large treatment cases and handle financial discussions Proficient in Dentrix and CDT coding (especially for perio, prostho, and general) Strong communication and follow-up skills with patients Team-oriented and organized

What You’ll Do:

Present treatment plans and payment options clearly and professionally Work closely with providers to ensure treatment accuracy and scheduling flow Track accepted cases and follow through on scheduling and financials Support the front desk and clinical team with daily workflow as needed If you’re a pro at closing high-value cases and know your way around treatment codes, we want to meet you.
